• Only new Devices sold from getEW.online authorized stores are covered.
• All repairs must be done at Brand authorized service centers.
• ADLD (Accidental/Liquid Damage) must be purchased on the same day as device purchase (invoice date).
• ADLD covers accidental damage and liquid damage for the selected period (1 or 2 years) from the invoice date.
• Extended Warranty for Consumer Appliances can be purchased within 60 days of the product invoice date.
• Extended Warranty for Mobiles, Laptops, and Printers must be purchased within 90 days of the product invoice date.
• Only Smartphones with 1 Year manufacturing warranty are covered for Mobile Extended Warranty.
• Only products with 1, 2, or 3 year manufacturing warranty are covered for Extended Warranty.
• All Small Appliances includes: cloth dryer, projector, water purifier, chopper, food processor, induction cooker, iron box, rice cooker, sandwich maker, electric kettle, egg boiler, floor cleaner, steam cleaner, mini chopper.
• Extended Warranty covers damages included in the Manufacturing Warranty.
• Excess applies for ADLD (5-7% or min amount).
• Depreciation applicable for Total Loss cases (irreparable or >80% SI).
• Accessories, consumables, and cosmetic damages are not covered.
• Commercial usage of the products is not covered.

getEW.online provides premium calculation, quoting and documentation tools. Premiums displayed are indicative, inclusive of applicable GST, and may change when provider rate cards are updated. Merchant accounts are for authorised business use only and must not be shared.

All protection plans are issued and underwritten by the insurance provider named on the warranty card. Coverage, exclusions, claim processes and settlement decisions are governed solely by that provider's policy document. getEW.online is not an insurer and does not settle claims.

To the extent permitted by law, getEW.online is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform, pricing differences caused by outdated rate cards, or decisions taken by the underwriting provider.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
