We collect only what is needed to quote, issue and service a protection plan.
Information we collect
- Merchant details: name, shop name, email, mobile number and business category.
- Customer details captured at the counter: name, address, PIN code and mobile number.
- Product details: brand, model, serial number or IMEI, invoice value and warranty period.
- Usage data such as quote history, page views and shop link visits.
How we use it
Information is used to calculate premiums, register protection plans with the underwriting provider, generate warranty cards, provide support, and produce sales and incentive reporting for the merchant.
Sharing
Customer and product details are shared with the underwriting provider to register coverage and to service claims. We do not sell personal information. Service providers (hosting, messaging, email) process data only on our instructions.
Storage and security
Data is stored on secured infrastructure with access controls, encrypted connections and role-based permissions. Merchant accounts can only see records belonging to their own shops.

To access, correct or delete your information, contact us at support@getew.online. Records required for an active protection plan or by law may be retained for the applicable period.
